I'm a newbie with EntVault, so please forgive me.
I was asked to re-install Front-End part of Enterprise Vault to Front-End Servers. So, I installed it, but installation dir (c:\program files\Enterprise Vault\) is empty. Nothing there even installation was successfully. I restored old controls files, but it did not help on this issue either. I removed installation with "add/remove programs", but still same issue.
Any help?
I'm running Exchange 2003 with newest version of EntVault.
