Hebrew displayed in gibberish in outlook & explorer

Hi all,

Pst import, where hebrew was set correctly, from server side you open the emails and everything looks good, plus the fonts appear correct.

from client outlook and in their archive explorer, in some coputers I can see gibberish in auto-preview and in mail content. In other computer only the auto-priview is in gibberish, nut when opening the item - Hebrew appears great. OWA will show gibberish as well.

BUT - on server side - Hebrew of the same archived item is perfect.

I guess either encoding on client side, or some system issue.

any ideas what else can I check?

What are the OS version of the server and client computers?  And what version of OWA?

It may have to do something with the language setting .

client computers are running either xp or win7 with client 9.0.2 or 8.0.4 for those who didn't upgrade yet.
