How to configure EV to use different journal mailbox?

Hello,
Can someone kindly let me know how to switch EV to archive from a different journal mailbox?
and the backend storage for journal archive is Centera, how do I properly switch over? I need all the items in the first journal mailbox get replicated to backup centera, then all the safe copies get deleted, then I can delete the first mailbox and recreate it.

The reason I do this is the first mailbox database size gets too big, I don't have space to do offline defragment to shrink it, so I can only delete the mailstore that holds this mailbox and recreate it.

Any help is much appreciated.

Two issues here, correct?

1) Switch the journal mailbox? You can simply change the journal maiolbox under Targets or create a new journal mailbox under targets.

2) I'm a little confused on the second issue. If you are journaling, you are shouldn't be creating safety copies in Exchange. You can change that setting at the Vault Store.
