A pilot user currently ask me to re-do his mailbox for archiving.
I accidentally hit tie deleted "Archives - Exchange mailbox - user mailbox" window... where's it gone and how do I get it back?

You will need to restore onto a separate system, or YES you will affect your other users and loos newly archived data

LOL, do you have a backup of the SQL database and Vault Stores?
If yes, you ok, restore on a seperate sever, export data to PST and import back into exchnage.
If no, bad luck ;)

what if i got the steps to restore the archived item . will it affected the other pilot user ?

currently the user have no complain about missing archive. hopefully not . but then i will try the steps that you gave. thank you
