Is Enterprise Vault version 8.0.3.1845 compatible with Exchange 2007 SP2?

I'm planning to upgrade our current Exchange 2007 SP1 cluster to SP2. Is Enterprise Vault version 8.0.3.1845 compatible with Exchange 2007 SP2? Are there any matters or special procedures that one should take into account?

It is worth remembering that there is a post EV 8 SP 3 hotfix (included in 8 SP 4) for Exchange 2007 SP 2 Rollup 2 and higher.  The hotfix relates to the EV OWA Component.

rob, is there any special considerations needed for EV1 SP1 and Exchange SP2?

None that I'm aware of, but, you could :

a) Check : https://www-secure.symantec.com/connect/forums/late-breaking-news-bulletin-enterprise-vault-v80
b) Remember the point above about the OWA extensions.

Rob,
Was your point above about the hotfix for OWA specific to customers using EV8 SP3 or is the same issue requiring a hotfix for those on EV8 SP1? There is no mention of Exchange 2007 SP2 on the 'late breaking news' page for SP1.

AndrewB, my point is that ANY version of EV (that includes EV 2007 SP N) is affected, because the problem is a change that Microsoft made in Exchange 2007 SP 2 Rollup 2 (and higher).  Right now I think Update Rollup 3, and 4 exist, and have the same problem.

The fix is to use the HF'ed extensions post EV 8 SP 3, even if your EV server versio is 2007 SP 6.
