At the moment we have noticed that our Vault is only growing. When people delete the shortcuts in their mailbox the related archives are not deleted. Is it possible to run a job that checks if an archive has no shortcut and if this is the case delete the orphaned archive?
We are not using storage expiry. Furthermore I found out that under our mailbox policy in advanced the option for shortcut deletion behaviour was set to shortcut only. This has now been corrected to both deleted. So in the future when people delete their shortcut, their archive should be deleted as well.
We use Enterprise Vault 6.0 SP2.
