Load balanced Front ends and OWA extensions

We are about to add an additional front end server and load balance it with existing server. What do I need to do as far as the OWA extensions go?

I had this setup on my test system a while ago and I do not seem to remember having to do anything different than to install the FE extensions. These are essentially just proxy servers anyway and all of the work is done on the BE so as long as there is the correct comms between both FE's and the BE's then there should be no issue.
