Just leave it at the default which EV creates (Latin1_General_CI_AS, I believe)

You should not change this!

I am not entirely clear on your question.  Are you asking what collation in SQL you have to choose for archiving albany and english emails?

If so I dont' believe that this is connected in any way to the SQl collation. What I do know is that changing the collation can have consequences and in fact there is technotes written by Symantec (search for "collation" on Symantec support website for EV) that tells you how to reset collation back to Lation_general_1 or something.  Also deployment scanner will tell lyou collation is wrong if you change it from the default. So ont he whole I would NOT look to change it and I believe there are many non-english archiving countries archiving and working fine without changing SQL collation.

Yes! I mean for archiving emails that contains those languages.

I believe one solution is to installed OS with local Regional Settings and after installed MS SQL.

thanks for your answer is helpful
