Mail Message bookmark converted to outbind

I've been working on the enabledmessage and i've got one which has 2 bookmarks inside it the mail message.

But anytime I enable it and enterprise vault send it out the link for the bookmark get's altered to be outbind://042 something

Running EV 7 sp4

I'm not sure I follow but are you saying that a link:

http://some.link.com is not getting interpreted correctly?

no sorry I'm trying to figure best way to explain.

http://localserver/enterprisevault does work

but we are trying to put a mail message which has 2 sections in it and there is bookmarks to jump to that section in the mail message.

When I open the mail message itself i can jump too the section within it  but when i try once EV sents the message out they not refer to a outbind:// instead now

I follow now but  I don't have a solution. I will say that I've always had problems with anything other than a basic message (text, images, urls). Although it looks like a regular Outlook message I don't think it is and the end result is that only limited mime types are supported.

Thanks Alan,

The weird part is the outlook message works fine if I send it as me or anyone else but just fails if it is used by the EV system for sending
