EV 7.5 Offline Vault Question

I am just getting started with EV (7.5) and have a question about the offline vault: if the offline vault is enabled and the user is connected to Exchange, where does Outlook retrieve archived messages from, the offline vault or the EV online vault?

Can anyone recommend a good resource for digging into EV besides the manuals that come with the product?

It will automatically go to the Offline Vault first for the information.

If the information cannot be found in the Offline Vault then it will go to the EV Server for the information.
