Hi,
We had a mailbox in Exchange 2003 and at some point the mailbox was enabled in EV (10.0.1) for archiving
Now the mailbox has been migratd to Exchange 2010 and EV now has archiving tasks for Exchange 2010, doesn't have any task for Exchange 2003
Provisioning task report shows the following for this user
"Mailbox not processed as located in an Exchange mailbox database that is not in the current domain or on an Exchange Server that has not been added as a target"
How can we resolve this issue pelase?
Many Thanks

did you use the SynchInMigrationMode when you migrated the user?

If you have...try to delete the user in the EV Directory database - ExchangeMailboxEntry and then re-provision the user to update the entry.

oh...when you re-enbale the user, make sure you choose the user existing archive during the enabling process (on the left Select Esisting archive or something like that) otherwise you will get a duplicate archive for that user.

We did not use SynchInMigrationMode.
Can we set this now?

if you look at the bottom of the technote you will see the instruction for AFTER if you have not set it already...so yes you should set it and then do the AFTER instructions.

I think this would be the best option to remove those entries and re-provision.
Although the user had been enabled in Exchange 2003 there was not archiving task running against that user at that point, therefore user doesn't have an archive although enabled for archiving.
SO better off i delete these entries in mailbox entry table and reprovision the user.
