Migrated PSTs not removed from profile

Dear All

We have successfully migrated PST files thru the client push method. The problem is ...

1. Outlook autoarchive is not being disabled (enabled in policy)
2. PST files are not removed from the outlook profile.

How can we manually remove the Migrated PST files from the profile, at the moment i am not able to open them, I guess EV will not let any one do anything to them while they are being migrated.

Any help apriciated.

Does the VSA have administrators group privs on the local machine? Is the local machine's remote registry service enabled?

Hi Micah

VSA is a member of the local admins. I dont know what the "local machine's remote registry service" is ??? . Is this a service on the local machine? I will have to check if it running or not, will come to you on that. Do I have to check for the servce on the EV service too?
