Hi All,
I've upgrade our enterprise vault to 2007 sp4 and gone through putting the front end and backend options on the relevant exchange servers using the upgrade document.
OWA has been configured in Enterprise Vault Admin Console, but nothing appears in OWA and I get access denied when using RPC over HTTP in outlook to recover items.
Does anyone have a use doc on setting up the OWA options or useful steps/hints to take?

Sounds like the install process and particularly the forms registration process (used for the buttons) did not work. A common cause of this is a discrepancy between the AD domain name and the default SMTP domain name associated with the Exchange systemmailboxes. Check the install logs and read this KB article
