OWA with Exchange 2007 not working

Hi Experts

We have working environment with Enterprise Vault on Exchange 2003.
Now we are implementing Exchange 2007 on Windows Server 2008.

Everything is working like a charm in Outlook, but nothing is working in OWA.
OWA 2007 Add Ons are installed, but I cannot see EV Icons or cannot open archived emails.
When trying to open archived item, browser ends back to owa main page (inbox).

I have contacted to Symantec, but they said that Windows Server 2008 SP2 is not supported.
Any help? Someone have configuration like this working? (Ex2007 SP2 / Server 2008 SP2)

Hi Hoomaximum,

According to the compatibility charts( ftp://ftp.support.veritas.com/pub/support/products/Exchange_Mailbox_Archiving_Unit/276547.pdf :(

We do support Windows Server 2008 SP2 x64  (as an operating system for the EV server), and I can't see anything in the compatibility chart to say that it isn't supported as an operating system for Exchange 2007 (And i've seen OWA working with Exchange 2007 / 2008 SP2 x64).

We do not support 2008 32bit (But somehow I doubt you're running a 32bit version of Exchange 2007?).

2008 x64 R2 SP2 is still pending support.

Check out the "No Enterprise Vault Buttons Appear in Outlook Web Access" section. Go through that, and if you have questions about what you're seeing in the log file that is generated by adding in the LogEnabled section post the log file here.

Also make sure you've installed the CAS server pre requisites on the CAS server as per this Microsoft KB article:

I think the major problem is the installation - no icon shown in programs installed. I think I should see a yellow Symantec Icon there, right?
