Online Journal search displays "This basket no longer exists"

I have a user who uses the online search, searches the Journal, and every week gets about 250 results with that search. After the results are displayed he clicks "Restore all Items". He types in the exchange server, followed by the mailbox alias. He selects the option to restore in a folder named Restored Items.
 
He used to be able to do this with no problems. But now when he clicks the "Restore" button, he gets a page that only displays "This basket no longer exists". However, the items restore and if he goes to "List all" he will see the basket created.
 
I've had him clear his internet cache and rebooted the server to no avail.
 
Any other suggestions?

Then you could have him create a new one and make it the current basket.

What version are you running?

We're running 7.5, which is the latest I think. It is strange, and he is the only one having the issue.

It might be worth having him go into List All and see what baskets show there.

I had him clear them all out to see if that was the problem. It did not help unfortunately.

I have the exact same error message with at least two of my susers when they search the vault and add items to a basket. They get "This basket no longer exists" short while after trying to restore the basket. Do you have an update on this issue? Thanks.
