Outlook 2010 search vault with SEV client 9.0.5169

Hi,

I'm experiencing the following.

In outlook 2010 when using the search vault option to find archived mail, after retriving a mail the search screen in outlook is empty.
Its a kind of tricky to discribe, so i have added two screen shots.

Is there a solution for this?

What version of EV is on the server?

 

There are hotfixes for 9, 8 SP 5, and 8 SP 4 which correct this ....

Hi Rob,

Thanks for your reply.
We are running EV8 SP4.

We are about to upgrade to EV9. When done with the upgrade do we will need to fix this again?

If you upgrade to EV 9 base release, no service pack, then you'll need to apply :

It's a two minute thing to do on the server to be honest.
