PST Migration limit to 250 MB

By default, is the PST Miration limited to 250 MB ? If this is not, so that is the 250 MB indicate in the PST Migration Policy for?

I am not sure I follow what your trying to say.  But I do not believe that PST migrations has a size limit.

No, it is not limited.

I think you are referring to the Maximum message size to archive in MB

 0. No restriction on maximum message size.

Integer larger than 0. The maximum size of messages that are archived, in megabytes. Default is 250.

What does the 250 MB Actually means?

That is a setting for a particular individual item. So the default is that if we hit a mail that is over 250MB we will not attempt to archive that item.
