PST Migrator Assistance

Hi All,
I seem to need assistance with automated PST Migrator.
I've created the PST Locator, Collector and Migrator Tasks in my EV Site and they seem to be running fine. However, I've been watching the reports they generate and they don't seem to be doing anything; what's worse, they're no generating errors anywhere.
I've run DTrace on all of them and below is all I get (just a sampling):
12788 16:05:10.546  [4684] (PstLocatorTask) <332> EV:M CBaseDirectoryServiceWrapper::CreateDirectoryService() - Entry [m_nNumTries = 40]

You need to give the logon account admin rights on the server that you want to search for PST files.

Can you share a little more about what's happening? Are any files showing up the the VAC? Did you find domains? Where is the process breaking down?

It is finding the domains and its identifying computers but no files are showing up in the VAC. Looking at the Locator Task report it seems that when accessing teh regitry and/or te had drive that its denying access (don't have the errors in front of me at the moment).
Do I need to have a Domain Admin as the log on for the PST Tasks or should the EVSA be able to access these files through SMB and its rights in Exchange?
