Secretary - boss scenario

I want to let a secretary to read the boss's email. I open ADUC, double click the boss's name then go to "Exchange Advanced" tab and click the "Mailbox rights" button. Secretary name is added with "full mailbox access" permission. So, the secretary can open boss's email properly.

EV should be able to synchronize the permission of Exchange automatically. However, even click the "synchornize" button in EVAC, the boss permission box does not show secretary's name.

Please advise.

When you synch the mailbox are you checking all three boxes?

You should see Folder hierarchy and permissions: This synchronizes mailbox folders with archive folders.
