Problem archiving mailbox.

Hi all

I have an issue vaulting one users mailbox either using the automated schedule or the run now option.

When I use the run now option I get the following errors in Event Viewer:

Could not scan user mailbox Unknown trust provider. [0x800b0001], cannot list messages

Could not scan user mailbox /O=MAILORG/OU=LON-02/CN=RECIPIENTS/CN=A011798, cannot list messages

I've ran Dtrace with the following results:

Any ideas what might be the problem? I've tried looking for any illegal characters.

Hi,

I know we did have problems in that area (like you say around unusual characters) and we did resolve them.

I hate to say things like this but I really do think you should be upgrading.  I think that version isn't support any more and if v6 doesn't fix it at least you're on a version you can call support about.

Dodo is right about upgrading.  One thing you could check and see if the user has messages on the mailbox root.  I think I remember that causing this issue a long time ago.

Dodo is right about EV 5 being End of Life'd.

Thanks, I'll have a look and see if there any messages in the mailbox root. I think that we will be upgrading to the lastest SP in about a month or two. Hopefully that will solve a lot of issues.
