Problem with Arcserver 2000 advanced

We just archived a fileserver, but now we see a lot of errors in the eventlog showing:

Eventid 3406
Job Id: 2905
Unable to read file.

Does someone know of a patch or upgrade that works with placeholders. I can't find anything on this on the CA website.

i'm not sure this is the right place to ask for arcserver help, but I have heard of other peeps having trouble using old backup programs with offline files. Be sure that the backup agent/media server can handle the offline files properly. that's your first step on this journey...there's more you can do if you can prove ya backups can handle OF.
