RPC-HTTP

HI all

We recently installed EV 7SP1 on our server and we are also using RPC-HTTP for the first time. We are currently having a problem where if the users connect from home they can see the archived information but the banner on the top reads

"There was a problem loading this item -- some functionality may not be available"

Also the users do not have access to their attachments.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Have you completed to steps to configure RPC over HTTP in the Install and Config guide.
