Hello,
since a few hours, our EV Server does not show any items in "Archive Explorer" or "Search vaults" The Search site does not appear, and in Archive Explorer it does work until I am finally click on an archived message.
In Eventlog is the follwing error repeadetly reported:

Could not obtain the computer name on which to query for an IStorageOnlineOpns interface
The RPC server is unavailable.
Restart of the Server didn't help.
I followed a KB article No. 283991, because we have a bridged NIC in this server, but the problem persists whether a bridged NIC is used or not.
CAlled support, promised to call back - didn't happen
Anybody know help in this problem?
