Hi, I have EV 2007, SP4 installed, (new site installation), have rolled it out to a test group of 30 users, and rollout to the company starts on Monday.
My question is, I want to give the helpdesk guys a 'view only' console so they can check things like has a user been enabled, are their PST migrations complete etc etc. I just want them to be able to view everything, and change nothing. this will enable them to not hassle me with simple questions.
I've played with Authorization Manager but just can't figure out how to do it.. any advice would be great.

Unfortunately, I'm not aware of such a "feature".
However, if you're interested, we may be able to provide you some customization for this ;)
