Recall/Restore EVault items

Hi;
After the Evault 5 to 6 upgrade users cannot access their archive. When searching the Vault through EVault Admin all files are visible/accessible. A solution would be to recall/restore all items within the Vault.
Does anyone have a procedure how 2 to this? Or does anyone have some experiences with this procedures?

Hey Dimi, the upgrade should be transparent to the user, they should still have access, so something went wrong...

Any errors during upgrade?
What kind of message are the users getting when they try to access archived mail?
Can they archive new messages since the upgrade?
Can you create a new AD user, enable them for archiving and test?
