Hi

We have set Archiving Policy i.e. Archive Mailbox after 999 years. In our case Users Manually Stores the Mails to Vault.

In this case can we forcefully Archive user mails from Server side. or Any other Option for same.

Creating New Policy and moving User to that Policy will fix our issue but without changing the Policy any other Forcefull task can be performed ?

No, there is no other way other than as you described ... move users to different provisioning group, run provisioning task, then run archiving task... then 'undo' those changes.

Either you can create new policy or modify existing policy to archive emails based on your requirements..
