Is EV 12.0.1 compatible with SQL 2016? Or does it need to be upgraded to 12.1 first?

Hello,

The compatibility guide states that SQL Server 2016 x64 edition, Enterprise and Standard requires EV12.1 or later. To keep in line with supported configuration, you will have to upgrade to 12.1.x or higher first.
