I'm not sure if this is possible but we have a shared exchange mailbox called Mailbox1 and we have imported two PST's into a Vaulted archive, PST1 and PST2. PST1 has shortcuts in Folder1 and PST2 has shortcuts in Folder2 of the exchange mailbox. We have set the permissions in outlook so that User1 has access to Folder1 and user2 has access to Folder2. In Outlook everything works fine.
However when the user opens Archive Explorer we would like them to only see the same folders within the archive? For example User1 should only be able to see Folder1 and user2 should only be able to see Folder2 just like in Outlook .
To make a long story short, Is is possible to set user permissions on folders within a vaulted archive or is it all or nothing? Thanks!
