This is a kind of vague problem, I am importing several hundred PST's from an older KVS system to a new KVS system. When I create the shortcuts to the users mailbox they open but they take forever to open. I timed it at about 55 seconds each time to locate the item.
The data itself is stored on a file share across the network that I can connect to fine from the KVS server. The problem is also intermittent, sometimes the items will open right away other times it takes forever.
