Some folders remains empty in archive explorer

Previous week i have archived some folders with Enterprise Vault File archving. This folders have placeholders now, and when i want to open one of the placeholders the file opens correctly. When i start the archive Explorer, i can see the archive and the maps on it but i can't see the files in the map.

When i go to the Archives on the EV server , i can search in the archive and find all the files wich are archived.

My question.. it looks that the archive explorer forgetten some files. New files will be created and are visable on the archive explorer.

How can i fix this issue?

Hmmm in Archive Explorer, below Construction Division, i dont suppose you have an archivepoint for DATA do you? if so can you expand that out, see if you have \Data\Construction Division\Financial Reports\ etc?
