Structured vs. Unstructured Indexes

Hi,

We're on EV 5.0 sp5 and getting ready to upgrade to 6.0 sp2. We were advised to convert our indexes to structured indexes under SQL, but I have not gotten a clear definition of why. I know that structured indexes in general provide better searching capabilities but could someone please give me more insight?

If you index is not structured your ArchiveExplorer will not have your folder structure, it will be flat. You can not convert the indexes after upgrading to sp2, so you should do it now.
