Symantec 2010 archiving error

Hello.

I am using Symantec 2010 file archiving option.And i had created new archive job.Before archive i back up folder which i want to archive.And it gives me this error.Please help.

Error : e0009869 - The Enterprise Vault Content Management API is unavailable. Ensure that the Enterprise

Vault services are running and that there is sufficient disk space for the vault partitions.

You need to post this issue in BAckup Exec forum as the issue seems to be with BEAO agent

well the error sas the EV API is not installed, so is it?
