Symantec EV FSA No data on Duplication tab

After importing database, which was created during scanning, i see all data on tabs except "Duplicate Files", i have chacked "Full analyses" but there still no data.

Hi! FSA collects additional data for deduplication analyzes from files that more then 20 KB and less then 50 MB. Probably files that you are trying to analyze is out of this range.

Are you referring to the FSA reporting component? I know that EV FSA reporting has to reports for this:

Duplicate Files on a Server report

Top Duplicate Files per Volume
http://www.symantec.com/docs/HOWTO57207

If that is the case, there is a setting you need to configure in order to collect duplicates from the file server:

Note: The File Collector service does not collect data for the three Duplicate Files reports by default, due to the performance demands. If you want to use these reports you must change the value of the CheckDuplicates database parameter.
