so the update to 14.4 and then 14.5 worked. but: the provisioning task and also the synchronize unter the archiving task fails with "rpc call failed" when I check the Event Viewer there is alwas two entries regarding the msmq.
ID 3425 warning:
Not enough resources 0xc00e0027
and id 3426 Error
msmq does not have enough resources all services stopped that depend on it.
This is a Server 2019. I moved the MSMQ Folder to diferent drives (there is enough space). gave the vm more RAM rebooted several times. increased and removed the quota in the msmq settings nothing works. I can see the old archived objects but nothing new will be added. Stopped the firewalls on both the ev server and the ex.

the ex 2016 is running on server 2012 maybe this is the problem?
