The increasing of the database

Enterprise Vault 7.0 for Exchange About 10 mailboxes. The size of EVault database is increasing very quickly. The full size is about 30G. Full size of archived messages is about 800Mb What else is stored in database? How can I decrease the size of database and see what else is stored in DB?

It is most likely your database transaction logs.  Can you tell which files are taking up the most space?

You want to be sure to truncate your transaction logs when you back up your databases.  What version of SQL?

EnterpriseVaultAudit: Size 180 Mb  (Data - 100Mb, Log - 80Mb); Space Available 52 Mb;                                          
EnterpriseVaultDirectory - 30 Gb (Data - 30Gb, Log - 10Mb); Space Available 4 Mb;
EVExchangeVaultStore - 23,3 Gb (Data - 23,2Gb, Log - 100Mb); Space Available 94 Mb.

30 GB EnterpriseVaultDirectory?!
That's impossible... there must be something wrong.
My advice is to open a case with Symantec and see what they can find out.
