Hi,

If you goto evevent.veritas.com it says the following
" By default EV will automatically retry any failed updates to a shopping basket. In certain circumstances the basket may be locked for a perioud of time causing the error to be repeated in the event log a number of times.

To disable this retry feature the following DWORD registry key can be created.

HKLM\Software\KVS\Enteprise Vault\Agents\UpdateShoppingBasketNoRequeue

Setting to a value of 1 will disable this retry feature.
This registry key needs to be created on Enterprise Vault servers running the Enterprise Vault Shopping Service. This service needs to be restarted before the registry setting will take affect.
