All those links take you to the inquira login page, which from my understandingwill only work for internal symantec staff.
you may want the to change the links from http://www.symantec.com/business/support/index?page=login&rp=content&id=TECH54592 to http://www.symantec.com/business/support/index?page=content&&id=TECH38537 ie. taking out the login portion - or you can just use the external links of http://www.symantec.com/docs/TECH38537.

every time i click on a tech note it takes me to a tech note search engine instead of directly to the technote.

using firefox doesn't matter which link i click on. i get:
