Unable to enable mailbox for archiving, while task running

I'm working on EV9.0.1.1073 on W2k8 connecting to an Exchange 2010.

When I'm about to enable the mailboxes, i was prompted that there are errors enabling the mailbox. it said the archiving task is not running but then it is actually running.

Any suggestions or where should i begin the checking? Thanks.

I take it there are no events from the event viewer when this happened?
Any chance of getting a dtrace of AgentClientBroker and ArchiveTask when you attempt to enable the mailbox? I take it it was provisioned correctly since you can see the user for archiving

Also your vault stores aren't in backup/readonly mode are they?
