Unable to enable mailobxes any longer

I was trying to enable mailboxes for EV, a process I have done several times before, and today the process fails with the following error

An error occured enabling the mailbox 'mailbox name'.

Error: 0x80040115

And the following is logged in the EV Event Log

An non-specific error has occurred whilst enabling archiving for the mailbox /o=company/ou=exch/cn=Recipients/cn=username

Error: <0x80040115>

Any help is greatly appreciated

I have also noticed that the Archiving Task is bouncing. One second its running and then its pending stop.

This is becoming a major issue as archiving has not ran for two days....anyone please

Any changes to the environment?  Have you logged a call with support?  If not I certainly would, the forum is a great place for knowledge exchange but a critical situation such as this should involve support for proper troubleshooting.

No changes anywhere...service account is good...I can open the SA mailbox form the EV server in Outlook.  Now the following is showing up in the Application Event Log

Message dispenser will suspend processing for 10 minutes due to a recoverable error

Have you had a look at the Eventlog of the EV Server?
There have to be some errors regarding the Archiving Task....
