Unable to open archive mails from pubic folder

Hi -

I am not able to open archive mails from public folders. i am getting authentication window when access the archive mails.

What could be the problem?

Have you added the EV Server/Alias to Intranet in IE?
Have you allowed shared scripts?

As per the given  input, We have already given the Alias name in IE Settings through group policy for all the pcs and enabled shared script in Vault server policies

Note : Unable to open some of the archive mails only from public folder. Getting authentication dialogue box
