Unable to view accounts when attempting to disable archiving...

Hi,

As the title suggests, when trying to disable an account from archiving... the account isn't shown on the list.

This is due to the associated active directory user account being disabled and the mailbox being hidden from the global address book.

I need to be able to view these without enabling the accounts or displaying the mailboxes.

I have heard a rumour that its possible to change a value in the SQL database for EV to also display accounts that are disabled and hidden... is this true and if so... how do i go about it?

Thanks in advance,

Reiss.

Right,I've found the location of the values that need to be changed for this to work.

Its the table called ExchangeMailboxEntry within EnterpriseVaultDirectory and the value is MbxExchangeState.

The value is either a 0 or a 1... 0 = Hidden, 1 = Showing.

I need to know if its possible to create a script to change all the 0's to 1's in that field so i can disable the archiving through Enterprise Vault.
