Upgrading EVault 7

We currently run a several EVault 7 servers and are looking at the upgrade path to 9.

Is it possible to jump 8 and upgrade to 9 or should we upgrade in sequence and patch then upgrade to 9?

Hello Jacob,

Upgrading needs to be done as follows:

7 to 7.5

7.5 to 8 - additional action required (fingerprint databases created etc)

8 to 9

Make sure to upgrade to the latest available SP's, that makes it easier to go to the next upgrade.

Also take in account SQL and OS versions etc.

Also worth considering is the CLIENT versions (ie Outlook Addin versions) when doing those upgrades.
