User rights in Outlook wrongly passed down to archive

We have some users that give other users editors rights in the calender in Outlook.
These rights seems to pass down wrongly cause the user how has been granted editor in calender can see other folders in the other users archives via Archive Explorer.

We have confimed this on more then one computer/user and it's not all folders in the other users archive but has anyone seen this before?

EV version is 8 sp2 and Outlook is 2003 and 2007.

use PermissionsBrowser.exe in the \Enterprise Vault installation directory, but most likely either on the folders they can see, or the mailbox they can see, they have something like "Everyone" specified so EV is just taking that property EV is just taking what ever Outlook has set
