Hi Is there any method to confirm the number of mail from exchange server journal mailbox has been archived all successfully? Thx Tony

certainly. the EV usage report is probably the quickest and easiest. login to your EV server with the service account. open internet explorer. go to http://localhost/enterprisevault/usage.asp and within a couple clicks you can see the number of emails that have been archived for any mailbox.
