accessing other users vault

Hey guys! Here's my scenario... I have users who have assistants with access to their inboxes... i've given the assistants full access to the users vault however they cannot open any attachments as EV states they have been imported by the vault.  The user however can open the message... any ideas?

Have you tried accesing the achived item with the webapp or are you just using Outlook?

When I try and open through Outlook by accessing the other users mailbox the attachment does not show however when using the search through the EV tools in outlook the attachment is accessible.  The problem with this is my users will never do it.

Make sure the Allow Script in <Shared> Folders is enabled :)
