Following up on this question, does LCS have the ability to forward IM's to Exchange, then to be archived by EV? or do you need IM Manager to make this happen?

Can you tell me a little more about this? How is the duplicate message being created? Do you have seperate Vault Stores? Are you archiving user maiboxes and the Journal Mailbox? scott

Tim, I believe the only way to do this is to restore the item from the archive and then re-archive it. scott

Chris, Have you tried accesing the achived item with the webapp or are you just using Outlook? scott
