I've recently bought a license for the Enterprise Vault PST migrator, which we have never had up till now. After an hour or so wrestling with the Symantec licensing portal (I had to give up and phone for assistance in the end), I've finally got the license key. The EV help says that to install a license you should "follow the instructions supplied with the key", but none have been supplied.
I know I have a file keys_dahlia.txt (Dahlia is the name of the server) which holds my current license info. Is it simply a matter of copying and pasting the additional lines in here? Is there anything else to do to get EV (ver 6 sp3) to pick up the new entitlement?
