"Quota Used" field on report

A while back, I ran a report-only of my top 50 mailboxes, and ran into some "anomolies". Specifically, for certain large mailboxes, the total-number and total-size report fields didn't seem to match with Exchange stats. Also, the number-archived and size-archived fields were in some cases much much less than expected (archive all, all message types, archive deleted).

Looking back at this report, I have noticed that the "Quota Used" column appears to have a maximum of 4gb (4,194,303) for all mailboxes that exceed 4gb. I am NOT using quota based archiving - no size limits on mailboxes. If this is some sort of limit, then this could be coloring the output.

According to Symantec Doc ID# 273162:
Quota Used: Total size of items in the user's mailbox.

So, I'm curious if anyone else has run into this, and knows if this is some reporting limit or an EV setting that I haven't tracked down.

Hi

I'm not sure with this, but EV stores those Limits in it's ExchangeMailboxEntry Table, where the Column has a Datatype of "int". According to MSDN, this is the Limit for such a Data Type:

-2^31 (-2,147,483,648) to 2^31-1 (2,147,483,647)

which would mean if it stores bytes, it's a limit of 2 GB...
