reduce the "Queue Total Length"

Hi,

I found that the the "Queue Total Length" over 1M and last scan started at 7-Dec-2017 (attached Enterprise Vautl Storage service & Vault Store Partition Properties), May I know how to reduce the "Queue Total Length"?

Looking at the storage queue it seems the majority of items are safety copies so to reduce the amount of those you need to run a proper backup of SQL and vault store partititions where these items reside so they can be removed from the storage queue

To add, verify what setting is on the partitions. If you have 'remove after backup', make sure that the backup of the partitions clears the archive bit, and then after backup, set and clear backup mode. That should get things going.

If your backup tool does not clear archive bit, you need to use the triggerfile function.
