user supposedly missing folders after an EV archive vault restoration

I have a user that claims after a recent restore of an archive vault that she is missing some folders within her Outlook mailbox. I've explained EV doesn't have the ability to delete folders, they had to have been deleted by the user. Am I correct with this assumption?

Hey ya,

Yes, you are correct.  EV wouldn't have removed the folders from Outlook.  The one thing I could see EV doing is recreating folders during the restore that might have been previously deleted by the user.

Can you check the Exchange dumpster?

The dumpster is empty, and this was over 30 days ago per our policy in Exchange. I just wanted to make sure I asked somewhere before telling here that the email is gone. Thanks for the quick response!
